In honour of St Patrick day and and in anticipation of spring - in the States, right here in Singapore it's spring all year round! -Karen Funk
wants something green, either naturally green or photoshop. Co incidently I just baked a fresh batch of pandan kaya muffins which are green in colour , due to the pandan paste added to the batter. Plus there's kaya filling ( something like custard) , wich is actually dark green in colour. Served on what else but the green bamboo plate.
Some green view when I looked down from my apartment, that's mango tree sprouting flowers at the moment, very soon there'll be mangoes hanging down from the branches. There's quiet a few mango trees around my neighbourhood.

I could have sworn I commented on this. Those muffins look and sound intriguing! And I've probably seen mango trees in Mexico, but didn't know what they were. I'd be interested to see your mango trees again when the fruit ripens!
Those muffins look really interesting! What's your recipe?
I'd like to try your muffins. Are they sweet like marzipan? I like all the different shades of green in the muffin photo.
I would love to try those muffins, they look yummy!
