Fish head CURRY, a very popular dish here in Singapore, one of my family's favorite. Best eaten with plain rice and using one's fingers not fork and spoon.
Hmmmm! Can't see my hubby eating this! He doesn't even like bones let alone a head, still BETTER THAN CHICKEN CURRY you suggested re one of my hens! lol!
Fish head curry..wow!!this dish expensive in Kuching especially if prepare by mamak. Oh yes..I don't use carpet at home,i prefer tikar sarawak (from bamboo). So, if come to Sarawak don't forget to bring this tikar to Singapore:) Have a nice day.

So hot but it looks delicious.
One of my favourite dishes Jama. No coconut needed for this dish.

I am a curry fan, but mildly....this dish looks very interesting!
I guess I'm in the anti-head crowd, though I like (mild) curry.
that looks enticing and you're making me so hungry at this hour.
I'll pass on the curry but my partner would quite happily wolf this down in one sitting.

I'm allergic to fish, and I can't eat spices, so you can see why I'm not attracted to this dish! LOL!
