Macro Monday : Bitter Gourd

Bitter gourd, taste slightly bitter when cooked, is my husband's favorite vegetable.

I not so fond of bittergourds cos they are very bitter. However, i can still accept those big ones which are less bitter as compared to those very small ones.

I had to look in my dictionary, I didn't know what it was. But still I think I have never seen it ! It must taste very bitter !

After knowing the health benefits of Bitter gourd i have starting loving it. Bitter gourd is rich in vitamin A, B1, B2 and c and contains minerals like calcium, phosphorous, iron, copper and potassium.

Bitter-Gourd
