This week's theme is chosen by Scriptor Senex and it's titled BIRDS.
Spotted Dove and black crows hanging out together.
White Crane at Sungei Buloh Wetland Reserve.
I'm not sure of the name of this bird, but it sure is pretty! It was one of the many free-rein animal found at the Zoo.
Beautiful Flamingos at Jurong Bird Park.
Don't worry, it's still alive! the black crow is just resting, or perhaps suntanning?
The not so real family of birds.
A lone Golden Crane standing guard outside an office building.
It has wings so it must be a bird, right? That B for Bentley.

I just did not know how much I love birds until this theme! You have found some to photograph that others did not...how creative we all are, and work together...beautiful Jama, just beautiful work you always do!
Your son after NS should shoot them at bulls eye. At first your sun bathing bird was a victim of your govt's policy.
That's a maynah?
Watch carefully, you might get a pair of rare hill mynah, and you get $500.

I loved your Bird park, bought a year's pass and went almost every weekend. As Jurong was near to NTU.
Love the golden crane - great shot!
beautiful birds real and otherwise - a perfect take on our topic. I love the flamingo shot with the water and falls in the back - the colors are wonderful.
your birds are close to the same as mine, must be a southern hemisphere or rainforest thing. oops need to go to Google - is singapore in the southern hemisphere? will find out today!
love the crane and flamingo.
Beautiful bird pics.
About yr comment on Benghui's glasses, the eye specialist made a mistake on the first visit n blamed Benghui for being not cooperative. And then she blamed us for putting ideas in his mind that the eye glasses made him have a headache.
I gave her a piece of my mind after all she had already cost us so much money including consultation n two pairs of specs. I insisted she check his eyes again. Incredibly she said she had not made a mistake but his vision had improved considerably. She then canceled the 4.75 and wrote 2.00 instead. Wonder if she is telling the truth. Anyway the headaches are gone. In the past, the glasses didn't help his vision much but she said it was a disability he was born with.. in her own words a problem but not a disease but now suddenly he can see clearly? i dont know if I should praise God or curse the eye specialist
Love the focal point in the first shot. That bird with the headdress is pretty! All your flamingos have their heads up...most shots they are all scavenging with their heads in the water! The yellow on the crow is so cool, out crows are all black.
Beautiful bird shots ! I had quickly to close your blog, because of my cats, lol !
That is a great shot of the crane and that bird below it is very pretty. Your photos are fantastic. I also like the flamingos. Very pretty.
I loved the third picture down of the "pretty bird", it was just amazing.
What a fun post!
I love that first shot! It really held my attention. And the pretty bird really is very pretty, isn't it? Wonder what it is!
Very beautiful shots!! I love the one with the crown..not sure what it is either..but beautiful!!
Sarah
Your photos are always so well composed. That triangle of flamingos...the line of pigeon-and-crows, the Bentley. I wish I knew what you know about photography.
The B for Bentley was so clever! Your photos are just gorgeous.
All your photos are great, but I especially like the 3rd one! Beautiful.
That White Crane shot is absolutely beautiful. One of my favorites of this week's FSO.
A great set of ideas - and I love the fact that you spotted the wings on the Bentley B. I would never have thought of that!! Thanks for taking part.
Very interesting bird shots, love them all.
excellent photos - all of them. I especially like the one with the reflection.
