I love eggs, but they don't always agree with me. Sort of like a borderline allergy. Do people still serve boiled eggs in egg cups, I wonder?

This is the second ABC Wednesday post today where I've had to say 'I'm allergic'!

I do use eggs, but I can only eat them in very small quantities and they have to be mixed with flour and cooked for a long time.
