Just read the comment of Bull Rhino, he has the same idea as me.
Tell you a real story, when I shortly arrived in Singapore, I had a local Singapore part time cleaner. She had one son and two daughters.
Without telling her, the son bought a motor bike. He was killed at the junction of Jalan Bahar and Old jurong road.
She was working up at NTU, but not in my house. The family has my telephone number, so they telephoned me, and I had to look for her and tell her the sad news.
She later when I visited her, kept saying. "The hard hat aka helmet, was not broken, but his head was."
May be you might remember the accident, it was probably in 1991.

Is this a builder's hard hat? Very broken indeed, and I wonder about the person wearing the hat.
Did you take a photo of the word verification of your name?

Is that a hardhat? Hope no one was wearing it when it broke.
Great subject. It makes me wonder what the story is, how it got broken, and if the person wearing it is OK.
Happy Valentine's Day. Be my Valentine ;) blink blink hehe
My take: The wearer just threw away this old and broken helmet because it is time to replace with a new one. Happy Valentine's Day, Jama :)
I hope someone wasn't wearing it when it got broken!!!
Hope the wearer of this helmet is not hurt.
Happy Valentine's Day!
Ouchies! Hope it's just the hat that's broken.
I'm late in visiting everyone for Photo Hunters, but better late than never! Have a wonderful week.
