imagine there is a power failure?

in NTU, I didn't live in a high rise block. I stayed in a 4 storey building.

Once there was repairs at Nanyang Heights. They do it on Sunday so less hassle to the residents. But the little kids refuse to stay in the apartment. So the parents had to walk down the stairs. But they decided to go out the whole day so they don't have to walk up the stairs.
