Round Robin Challenge : An almost photo

The idea is to show a photo that could have been a great picture but for some reason it just didn't work out.

Blame it on my too-quick- finger, one second later, it would have been a perfect photo of a friend in action.

Inside an underground expressway, I forgot to do the setting and the picture turn out quiet mysterious, but I like it.

Trying out my panning shot but only managed to get half of the bike..but half is better than none, I guess.

Don't play with the big cat, little girl!
Don't worry, the cat is not real, just a cut out photo of a white tiger at the zoo.
This would have been perfect if the white tiger doesn't look too bright.

except the first one, which is really not good, the others are not bad at all ! It's a funny theme I enjoy it very much !

Hi Jama :)

I know what you were going for. Don't give up on that first idea, keep trying. Good idea and a nice way to work with light. Love your other choices too. Especially inside the tunnel. Again, a challenge, but one worth doing. Tunnels are difficult, but I know you can do it!

I like the shot of the half bike and the motion going on - nicely done even with half a bike. =) As for the big cat, a little editing can make that perfect. I enjoyed your entry.

Still I appreciate your efforts !

It's pretty amazing that you took that first shot at the exact instant that her flash fired.

The panning photo is actually good. The bike and rider are extremely clear. Some slight cropping -- to put the rider in the right third of the photo (rule of thirds) -- would make it pretty great.

I like the tunnel photo too.

Did you friend know you are taking the photo? She may not let you post the photo if it was aperfect photo and showing her face,

People are funny, they become camera shy when you say you are blogging their face.

The tiger knows like a statute.

I like all of these, but especially the top one of your friend (I disagree with Gattina, the flash adds interest to the shot) and the tiger. I had no idea until I read your caption that it wasn't a live tiger!

Wow, that last one with the tiger looks so realistic! Impressive!
