I think this is what we call Birds of Paradise over here. Very beautiful at any rate.

The first one looks a little like birds of paradise, but not the same. They are all such unusual shapes! I love the colours!

In NTU, the authorities are very strict, you can not ching cai aka any how plant on the land. My friends planted a redd helionia, when they left, I took the flowers. Then NTU can and cut it down. So heart ache.
