FMTSO: Favorite Shops

Singapore is known as a shopping paradise as there's simply too many shopping centers around. Most have the MRT train stopping at the basement of the buildings or just next door, with public buses passing every 10 minutes, one is tempted to just leave the car at home. It's being said that shopping is our residents' favorite passtime, any weekends and public holidays, the malls would be jammed packed with shoppers!

Most of our malls have a no photography policy, especially inside individual stores . With such a big varieties of merchandise being sold with good discounts, one is tempted  to keep the camera away and take out the wallet instead!

Takashimaya is located in the famous shopping belt of Orchard Road. Almost the entire street is lined with malls on both side of the streets, with few hotels and restaurants in between. With Christmas round the corner, almost all malls have sales.

The interior of Paragon Shopping Center, just opposite the Takashimaya. There's a sale of Christmas decorations in the Atrium by one of the anchor resident shop there, Metro.

This is the entrance to Junction 8, less than 5 minutes drive away from my home. Another mall with the MRT station and bus interchange next to it.

I never fail to drop by The Body Shop whenever I'm there.

Who could resist such beautiful clothing as these.

I love big mall which also have restaurants , supermarket and cinema in it like the Plaza Singapura, with the MRT station just in the basement.

At Ion Shopping Centre , above the Orchard MRT station- the place to go if you're looking for branded stuffs.

Funan center, the place to go for everything electronics!

Usually I don't like to spend too much time editing my photos but I'm willing to do it for just for this challenge. Here it is after I played around with saturation.

I prefer the original, more soothing to the eyes.
