Ruby Tuesday: Red Rhino

Light Fire Attack Vehicle (LFAV aka Red Rhino)
A brainchild of former Singapore Civil Defence Force Commissioner James Tan and affectionately known as the Red Rhino, the LFAV is an all terrain vehicle  equipped with a hydraulic system for rescue tools, a water mist gun and a water monitor, with a seating capacity if 4-5 responsers. It  is seen around the country parked near to Fire Posts and is designed to traverse off roads  to aid in firefighting of densely built-up areas without road access which conventional fire engines may not be able to reach.
This is a formidable vehicle which could also be maneuver into every corner of our public high-rise's void deck.

The Rhino was captured in town, near highrise office building in a weekend  but I'm very sure there was no cause for alarm, as they might just be in a training mission or just routine checking.

Jama, I thought I had the wrong blog. This is so unlike your usual flower post. Putting your camera to good use, I see.
