That's a unique blue bug. I have yet to come across one like that.
Usually I hate bugs and insects and find them very ugly. It's strange that on macro photos they are not ugly anymore or at least a little less.

These are awesome macro shots. The ones of the ferns are especially impressive. Love the coloration of the bug even if he was a bit too quick to suit you. Wonderful series. genie
