Beautiful...I remember the orchids in the botanical gardens in Singapore on one of our visits to your island. My daughter is called Ae-Ran meaning Love Orchid.
These flowers came from India, from my friend Jaya. If you like a cutting, I may be able to arrange for jaya to give you one. However, she may have gone to Australia and the plants may have died.
I left Singapore in 2006, and I don't know if anyone still has mind. When the bloom is big, it is 6 inches wide. Very nice.
