that is a lovely perspective!regarding the 'vada pao' on my post The Vada is a potato mash patty coated with chick pea flour, then deep-fried. It is placed in a Pao (bread) along with various sweet,sour and hot chutneys (sauces).yes it is like a burger - the mumbai burger!
