" This weeks theme is..musical places around your town..where do you go to hear music!!"
There's so many places to go in Singapore to enjoy a night of music and booze, but I don't patronize these establishments so I'm going to showcase where free music are available to the public.
I'm sure this place will be packed during night time with patrons, I walked passed this place in the day at Marina Bay Sands Hotel.
It sure will rock the house down when the musicians and singers came in later in the night!
Near the entrance of the hotel, these beauties from China were busy entertaining the crowd in the lobby.
More Chinese beauties at the Resort World Sentosa.
Inter-racial students playing the Gamelan orchestra during an event I attended.
Traditional music to welcome guests at an eatery.
For some soothing music under the sun while picnicking , heads to the Botanical Gardens, there's a monthly orchestral presentation for the public.

That outdoor venue looks so inviting and like a great place to see and hear music. I also love Gamelan and haven't had a chance to hear it in so long!
Like J9 I really like the look of that lovely outdoor amphitheatre. you really pulled together a great collection.
Ny daughter played the Angklung is a bamboo musical instrument for her kindy graduation.
I love the Gamelan Orchestra and would love to hear the music it produces. Beautiful pictures and they make me want to hear the music.
I love places that offer free music too!
You know that large horizontal stringed instrument being played by the Chinese woman? John bought one of those when we were in China a few years ago, and no taxi would take us to the airport because it stuck out the window!!! We almost missed our flight because we had to find a van to carry us, our kids, and our new problem: an awkward musical instrument.
How great to get to see photos of so many instruments I have never seen before. Beautiful outdoor scenes for sure.
