Red hot chillies

 


These small, tapered red or green chillies are extremely pungent and very, very hot! They are bird's eye chillies but sometimes called Thai chillies , are Mexican in origin. Often used in Chinese and South East Asian cooking.A must have in my kitchen, as our family love spicy  food.

I tried growing this in my mini garden but the birds kept eating the chilis!
