FMTSO: Steam, smoke or fire

Smoke from joss sticks in a Taoist Temple.

Paper offering for the dearly departed being burned in a temple.

Keep the flame burning..

Lots of smoke where there's a fireworks!

 Smoke on a stick.

No photo of a steam so how about a STEAMed cake? Made from rice flour with brown palm sugar in the center and eaten with  STEAMed grated  coconut.

You caught the smoke from those sticks well... Nice post, you really capture your town and culture as well as the theme.

Love the paper burning, Jama. I think flames are hard to capture close up but you make it look easy. Also love your out of the box thinking with the steamed cake. :)
